Softwerks Microsystems provides digital imaging systems to medicalprofessionals around the world. We employ the flexibility of theSunOS(TM) to insure that our high-resolution printers, display stations,and network image archives are functional on virtually any network, inany medical installation, around the world.Our WerksWriter series of printers can serve as a drop-in replacement forexpensive film-based laser imagers. WerksWriters are easy to operate andcan cut imaging costs dramatically--with little loss of image quality.Other products under development will serve as free-standing imageviewing stations; image acquisition stations; and reliable storage and(inter)network access to large archives of medical images.
